Purification Program - Day 7

Detox and Purification Program




DAY 7



You have made it through your first week on the purification program!!!! Make sure to stick to the recommended program. Although nuts and beans are great foods, they are not allowed during the program due to potential allergen issues.

Supplement Regimen: Day 7

2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
7 SP Cleanse Capsules: 3 times per day = 21 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)
SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.

Recipe of the Day:

Apple Cinnamon Delight

2 apples cored
Dash of organic vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon – to taste
1 Tbs. flaxseed oil
2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
1 rounded Tbs. of SP Whey Pro
1 cup cold water & ice

Directions for all shakes

Thoroughly blend all ingredients together, adding ice cubes or cold water until the shake reaches desired consistency. You may make a large enough batch to last you through the day, but make sure to keep it refrigerated, and remix it as needed before pouring.

Exercise:

Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.

Today’s Homework:

Be mindful of change: Take a moment today to notice the changes that have already taken place in yourself over the last 7 days. It might be that you are sleeping better, or are not having craving for sugar anymore, or possibly that the weekly headache or joint aches that you usually get did not occur this week. Pay attention to these changes over the next 14 days. Feel free to record these changes in your journal in the purification program booklet.
