Purification Program - Day 16

Detox and Purification Program




DAY 16

Day 16 – Way to Go!


Supplement Regimen: Day 16


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)


5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day


3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day OR


1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)


SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:


Heirloom Cherry Tomato Salsa


6 cups heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced into halves


1 ½ cups finely diced celery (save the celery hearts for garnish)


1 small bunch parsley (about 2 cups)


leaves only, roughly chopped, plus additional sprigs for garnish


3 jalapeños, seeded and finely minced


4 to 5 scallions


the white part and 1 inch of green, sliced very thin


1 Tbs. red-wine vinegar


1 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil


1 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt®


Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss until evenly mixed.


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


Learning how to SHARE: As you have been transforming your life over the last three weeks, we know that you have fellow family, friends, or co-workers that may have some of the bad habits that you did. Today, decide to share one item of what you have learned over the last 3 weeks with someone else.


This could mean telling a co-worker about this Detox program, or educating a family member on the how to clean out their pantry of unhealthy foods.
