Purification Program - Day 4

Detox and Purification Program
DAY 4

We are already on day 4! Each day that you decide to make positive lifestyle changes, the better you will feel and the easier it will get!

Supplement Regimen: Day 4


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
7 SP Cleanse Capsules: 3 times per day = 21 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)


SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:

Carrot Shake


1 cup freshly juiced carrots

1 tsp. roasted sesame oil

2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete

Ice cubes or cold water

2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete

1-2 Tbs. Whey Pro

Ice cubes and/or cold water


Directions for all shakes


Thoroughly blend all ingredients together, adding ice cubes or cold water until the shake reaches desired consistency. You may make a large enough batch to last you through the day, but make sure to keep it refrigerated, and remix it as needed before pouring.


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


As you finish the end of the fourth day, it is important to rest and recuperate in order to facilitate the Detox process.


Tonight, make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep.
