Purification Program - Day 15

Detox and Purification Program



DAY 15

Day 15 – Keep it up!


Supplement Regimen: Day 15


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)


5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day


3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day


1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)


SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:


Herb Salmon


4 salmon fillets, about 4 oz. each


4 Tbs. fresh lemon juice


Celtic Sea Salt® and ground pepper


½ cup Dijon mustard


1 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil


3 Tbs. chopped fresh dill


3 Tbs. chopped fresh basil



Heat broiler with rack 4 inches from the heat. Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Place salmon on a broiler pan and drizzle 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over the top. Season with salt and pepper. Broil until salmon is just cooked but still moist, 8 to 9 minutes. Remove the salmon's skin. In a medium bowl, stir together the mustard, remaining 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, oil, dill, and basil. Spoon the sauce over the salmon and serve immediately.



Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


As you make your way into week 3 it is sometimes easy to forget some of the small tips to being successful with the program. Today, focus on movement.


Today go outside and walk or jog for at least 45 minutes!
