Purification Program - Day 19

Detox and Purification Program


DAY 19

Day 19 - Just a few more days; you can do this!


Supplement Regimen: Day 19


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)

SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:


Spinach Stir Fry

2 cups chopped spinach (fresh)

1 1/2 cups chopped portabello mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

1/2 cup chopped onions

2 cloves garlic (crushed)

2 tablespoons Bragg’s amino acid or soy sauce

2 tablespoons butter

salt and pepper


1. In a large frying pan, place the butter and the onions, and cook on medium heat until translucent


2. Add garlic, basil, salt and pepper Cook 2 minutes Add remaining ingredients; cook 5-10 minutes Serve with rice


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


Focus on doing NOTHING today! Take 5 minutes out of your schedule today to do NOTHING! Sit and listen to a beautiful piece of music or indulge yourself in a luxurious bubble bath. Pay close attention to how you feel afterwards; are you more relaxed, or energized?
