Purification Program - Day 8

Detox and Purification Program




DAY 8

Great job in making it through the first week of the purification program. Pay special attention to the supplement regimen as there are a few changes starting today!


Tip: After Day 7, you should be 3 SP Cleanse capsules left. Just finish taking those 3 capsules as you move into day 8 and start on the new supplement regimen.


Supplement Regimen: Day 8


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)

5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day

3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day

1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)



SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:

Green Bean Salad


2 ¼ cup of green beans, cut in 2-inch pieces

2 ½ tsp. fresh lemon juice

½ tsp. fresh mint, minced

2 tsp. olive oil

½ tsp. dried dill

1 cup of celery, sliced diagonally in ¼-inch pieces

Sea salt

Freshly ground pepper

2 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped

1 ripe tomato, cut in wedges


Steam-cook green beans until crisp-tender. Run them under cold water to stop the cooking process; set aside. Combine lemon juice and mint; reserve. In a large skillet heat olive oil and stir-cook dill for 20 seconds. Add green beans, celery, and salt and pepper to taste; sauté for 2 minutes. Transfer vegetables to a bowl, stir in the lemon/mint mixture and parsley; refrigerate. Before serving, garnish with tomato wedges.


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


For those of you who want to achieve weight loss with this program here are a few tips:


Be sure to eat twice as many vegetables as fruits


Avoid high sugar fruits like bananas – try to just stick to apples, pears, and berries


Avoid high sugar vegetables – no potatoes, corn, peas, beans
