Purification Program - Day 3

Detox and Purification Program

DAY 3

We are already on day 3! Each day that you decide to make positive lifestyle changes, the better you will feel and the easier it will get!

Supplement Regimen: Day 3


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
7 SP Cleanse Capsules: 3 times per day = 21 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)
SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:
Incredible Hulk Shake


2 apples - cored
1 handful of fresh spinach
Dash of organic vanilla extract
Dash of nutmeg
1 Tsp flaxseed oil
2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete
1-2 Tbs. Whey Pro
Ice cubes & cold water


Directions for all shakes


Thoroughly blend all ingredients together, adding ice cubes or cold water until the shake reaches desired consistency. You may make a large enough batch to last you through the day, but make sure to keep it refrigerated, and remix it as needed before pouring.


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


As you finish the end of the third day, it is important to keep your body moving in order to increase weight loss and improve lymphatic drainage in the body.


Today go outside and walk at least 30 minutes!

  1. Made the Stuffed Peppers for dinner last night - they are delicious!

    Made the Brown Lentil and Vegetable Soup today. I liked it, but it was a little bland, so I added some spices to "kick it up a notch". Now I love it.
