Detox and Purification Program


POST PROGRAM
POST PROGRAM - This email is designed to educate you on how to return to eating and what supplements should be taken after the Detox program.


After the purification program, there will be some SP Green Food and Gastro-Fiber capsules left over. Continue to take these until they are all gone.


Many people enjoy the shakes for breakfast or for snacks. You can continue to make the shake after the program for meal replacements or as snacks. If you need extra SP Complete or Whey Pro, just let our office know and we can provide you with more!


Post-Purification Eating Plan:
Breakfast:

  • Shakes: Make just like you did on the program to receive best possible combination of carbohydrates, protein, & fat.
  • 1-2 egg with veggies, and 1 cup fruit
  • Herbal tea, or spring water
Lunch:

  • Salads with unlimited veggies ( no premade salad dressing) Salads can have 4 oz meat (tuna, chicken, bison, steak)
  • Mix 1 Tbs olive oil with lemon juice and spices
  • Protein combined with Veggies or a side salad
  • Protein: Fish, Chicken, Steak, Bison, Pork, Nuts, Seeds, Eggs, Beans, Legumes
Dinner:

  • Salads with unlimited veggies ( no premade salad dressing) Salads can have 4 oz meat (tuna, chicken, bison, steak)
  • Mix 1 Tbs olive oil with lemon juice and spices
  • Protein combined with Veggies and rice or a side salad
  • Protein: Fish, Chicken, Steak, Bison, Pork, Nuts, Seeds, Eggs, Beans, Legumes
Snacks: 1-2 per day as needed

  • 1 Handful of nuts: cashews, almonds, pecans, mixed nuts
  • 1 oz servings of cheese (preferably goat): Cheese wheels, string cheese
  • 1 piece of fruit
  • Veggies with hummus, guacamole, or nut butter.

Post-Purification Recommended Supplement Regimen:


Supplements: for maintenance purposes
Multivitamin: food based vitamin
  • Catalyn: 4-6 tablets per day
Multimineral:

  • Trace Minerals: low immune, consumes non-organic foods, anemia; 2-3 per day
  • Organically Bound Minerals: GI problems, anxiety, stress; 2-3 per day
  • Mintran: if also have problems sleeping; 2 before bedtime
High Quality Fish oil:

  • Tuna oil: Great source of Omega 3’s; 2-4 before bedtime
Approximate total cost per month = $41.50 +tax

Recipe of the Day:
Spice Rubbed Bison
1 whole chipotle chile in adobo, seeded or 1 teaspoon ground dried chipotles
1 teaspoon back peppercorns, freshly ground
1/2 teaspoon allspice, ground
2 teaspoons red chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin seeds, toasted and ground
2 teaspoons coriander seeds, toasted and ground
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon salt
4 (5 ounce) bison tenderloin fillets


1. Combine spices and set aside. Heat grill pan or grill to medium-high heat.


2. Place spice on a pie pan or large flat plate and dip both sides of each steak into mixture and shake off excess.


3. Place steak on grill or grill pan and lower heat if using a grill pan or the spices will burn.


4. Grill for 4-5 minutes each side. Remove from grill and let rest a couple of minutes before serving.

 Today’s Homework:


Write down 5 things that you are going to do to maintain a healthy lifestyle now that the purification program is over. These items may include the following


  • Continue with the SP Complete Shakes for breakfast
  • Take the Multi-vitamin Catalyn and Tuna oil daily
  • Avoid all artificial sweeteners and flavors
  • Continue to eat at least 1 salad per day
  • Exercise at least 4 times per week
