Exercise:

Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.

Today’s Homework:

Learn to Breathe! One of our Detox organs is our lungs. Today, take a few moments and perform the following breathing exercise in order to help purge even more toxins out of your lungs!

Inhale for the count of 8 seconds

Hold your breath for the count of 6 seconds

Exhale your breath for the count of 10 seconds

Repeat this exercise for a minimum of 5 minutes

Inspiration of the Day:

Smile, breathe, and go slowly – Thich Nhat Hanh
