Purification Program - Day 20

Detox and Purification Program

DAY 20

Day 20 - Almost there!!
Supplement Regimen: Day 20


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day OR
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)

SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:

Lemon Flounder

1 lb flounder fillets

3 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh squeezed

1/4 teaspoon salt

pepper, freshly grated (to taste)

2 TBS Lemon zest

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Melt butter in shallow baking dish in oven

Remove baking dish from oven and add the water, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Arrange fish in baking dish; flip to coat with butter mixture.

Bake in 450 degree oven 10 minutes per side, 20 minutes total, or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove fish from pan. Stir parsley and lemon zest into butter mixture. Spoon mixture over fish to serve.


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


Learn to be GRATEFUL. Now that you are almost finished with the purification program, it’s time to assess how you are doing. Take 10 minutes today to think about all of the things you are grateful for.


You may be grateful for your health, your new found energy, better sleep, your family, your friends, your job, etc. etc.
