Detox and Purification Program
DAY 12
On to Day 12! Be sure to eat regularly to maintain your blood sugar levels. Don’t wait until you are starving before you think about your next meal/shake. Pack snacks and shakes to take with you on the go.
Supplement Regimen: Day 12
2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)
SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.
Recipe of the Day:
Asparagus Fries
Asparagus, however much you like
1 Tbs. olive oil per lb. of asparagus
Celtic Sea Salt®
Cut off woody end of asparagus. Line a pan with foil and preheat broiler. Lay out the asparagus in a line on the lined pan and sprinkle with olive oil first, then Celtic Sea Salt®. Broil for 7-9 minutes, very close to the broiler coil, then turn the asparagus over and broil for another 3-5 minutes (time depends on thickness of the stalks).
Exercise:
Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.
Today’s Homework:
Learn to USE YOUR SENSES! Today tell yourself that you are going to pay attention to all of your senses today – sight, smell, taste, sound, and touch.
While you eat your meals pay attention to the taste and textures of the food. On your drive in to work, really hear the music on the radio and see how it makes you feel.
