Purification Program - Day 17

Detox and Purification Program




DAY 17

Day 17 - We are nearing the end – enjoy your day!


Supplement Regimen: Day 17


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)


SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:

Garlic-Chili Roasted Broccoli


Ingredients:


- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning blend or grill creations

- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into thin long spears


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Place olive oil, garlic, chili powder and grill seasoning in the bottom of a large bowl and add the broccoli spears.

3. Coat broccoli evenly and place on a large nonstick baking sheet.

4. Roast broccoli until ends are crisp and brown and stalks are just tender, approximately 15 minutes.



Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


Be mindful of change: Take a moment today to notice the changes that have already taken place in yourself over the last few weeks. It might be that you are sleeping better, or are not having craving for sugar anymore, or possibly that the weekly headache or joint aches that you usually get did not occur this week. Pay attention to these changes over the last few days of the program.
