Purification Program - Day 18

Detox and Purification Program



DAY 18

Day 18 - Rounding the bend… almost there!


Supplement Regimen: Day 18


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
5 SP Green Food Capsules: 2 times per day = 10 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)


SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.


Recipe of the Day:


Turkey Chili


1 large onion, peeled and quartered

3-4 celery ribs, cut into large pieces

1 (3 ounce) can green chilies

1-2 garlic clove, peeled

4 cups chicken stock

2-4 lbs cooked turkey

1 teaspoon dried lemon peel (or lemon zest)

1-2 teaspoon ground ginger

4 tablespoons chili powder

2 tablespoons cumin

2 tablespoons dried oregano

2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, drained

1/3 cup arrowroot

1/4 cup vinegar



Place onions, celery, chilies, garlic in bowl of food processor. Process until everything is in small chunks. Pour veggies into soup pot with stock; bring to a boil. Turn heat to medium. Place turkey in processor and grind to chunks. Add to pot. Add lemon peel thru oregano and simmer. Place corn in processor with a little cooking liquid and process. Pour into pot; add beans. Sprinkle in half of arrowroot to pot and stir until desired thickness. Add a splash of vinegar.


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.
