Purification Program - Day 6

Detox and Purification Program




DAY 6

Welcome to day 6; almost through with the first week! Remember that if weight control is a desire for you on this program, be sure to eat twice as many veggies as fruits.


Myth: To avoid heart disease, we should use margarine instead of butter.


Truth: Margarine eaters have twice the rate of heart disease as butter eaters.

Remember, butter is approved during the purification, however margarine is not. You should consider staying away from margarine even after you have completed the program. However, don't take our word for it. When it comes to nutrition, always feel free to be skeptical and investigate for yourself.


Supplement Regimen: Day 6


2 Tbs. SP Complete Shakes: 1-3 shakes per day (2 Tbs. per shake)
7 SP Cleanse Capsules: 3 times per day = 21 capsules per day
3 Gastro Fiber Capsules: 3 times per day = 9 capsules per day
1 Tbs. Whey Pro: 1-2 times per day in shakes/water (1 Tbs. per shake)

SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN WITH MEALS BUT THEY CAN BE TAKEN WITH A SHAKE. YOU MAY TAKE THEM 1 HOUR BEFORE A MEAL OR TWO HOURS AFTER A MEAL.
Recipe of the Day:

Triple Berry Blast


½ cup sliced ripe banana
1 cup organic berries

1 Tbs. flaxseed oil

2 rounded Tbs. of SP Complete

1 rounded Tbs. of SP Whey Pro

1 cup cold water and ice


Directions for all shakes


Thoroughly blend all ingredients together, adding ice cubes or cold water until the shake reaches desired consistency. You may make a large enough batch to last you through the day, but make sure to keep it refrigerated, and remix it as needed before pouring.


Exercise:


Make sure you go walking at least 4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Yoga is a great way to maintain your strength while detoxing your lungs at the same time. Strenuous exercise should be limited during the purification program.


Today’s Homework:


Stay dedicated to all 21 Days! Be sure to stick to the eating/supplement plans as laid out in the program.


For most of us it has taken years, if not decades, of bad eating habits and lifestyle choices to get us to where we are today. Remember, it takes 21 days to form a new habit. With that in mind, by the time you are done with this purification you will be well on your way to a healthier lifestyle. Hang in there!
